Refund Policy
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods cannot be returned. For example, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care products
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Books showing obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially sent.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nonaly.fr and return the item to the following address:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to that gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address:

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged item may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than £75 (pounds sterling), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
